You’ll be leading, building and shaping a proper sales operation — not just keeping one warm.

* Leading and developing a 15-strong (and growing) team across multiple sites.
* Driving serious growth across SME and Enterprise markets.
* Embedding a high-performance culture — results-driven but with compliance that passes the sniff test.
* Owning lead-gen strategy across inbound, outbound, partnerships and referrals.
* Working hand-in-hand with marketing on digital campaigns and quote-and-buy journeys.
* Staying hands-on — coaching, pricing, streamlining processes, and generally making things better.
What you’ll bring
* Must have: solid background in insurance or financial services — ideally commercial insurance.
* A proven record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
* Strong knowledge of SME and Enterprise clients.
* Data-driven mindset and proper commercial instincts.
* The sort of leader who can roll their sleeves up one minute and talk strategy the next.
