We’re hiring for a Maternity Cover - Account Director as part of Amplifi- Media Partnerships in London.
(May 2025 – Feb 2026)
Purpose of the Role
To deliver outstanding and profitable work for our team clients via innovative and ambitious integrated content, partnership & sponsorship solutions, whilst managing a high performing team to do the same for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of the commercial delivery for their designated agency and works with ACD to deliver incremental revenues
* Defaulting lead for new business on agency patch
* Assuming MAGIC leadership, creative quality control and responsibility for delivering department strategic initiatives with ACD
* Challenging and probing client brief, ensuring the team has complete clarity on client objectives and delivers key creative and strategic input
* Working collaboratively with Media Owners to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive innovation
* Directing, mentoring and nurturing the team and delivers culture and social workstream for TSL across agency patch
* Leading on negotiation of contracts with external stakeholders, together with development of scope of work and fee remuneration negotiations with clients
* Owning senior day to day management of TSL biggest clients and agency planners to ensure work is to an excellent standard and relationship is collaborative and fruitful
* Taking ownership of the commercial delivery for their designated clients

Qualifications + Skills
* Several years’ experience in content, planning, implementation, client servicing fields
* IPA Advanced or equivalent experience
* Development and activation of content/ partnerships / sponsorship across multiple media disciplines
* Management of team of 3+ people
* Detailed cross media knowledge
* Experience of running a team
* Client and project management
* Clear understanding of role of content and media to solve a client business challenge
* Negotiation skills and commercial understanding (incl. legal, contracts etc.)
