JobDescription:
* Liaisewith and take instructions from senior members of the team asrequired.
* Assist solicitors withinthe team with their caseload of property litigation managing allstages of disputes up to and includingtrial/hearings.
* Collaborate withexternal solicitors and counsel whennecessary.
* Handle legal queries andinquiries referred by other teammembers.
* Prepare relevantdocumentation for trial/hearings includingbundles.
Requirements
TheSuccessfulApplicant:
* Preferred:Law degree (notessential).
* Experienced Paralegalwith knowledge of litigation and propertylaw.
* Demonstrate firstclass clientcare and communication skills across alllevels.
* Excellent organizationalskills.
* Ability to work effectivelyin a team.
* Effective prioritizationskills.
* Work well under pressure andmeet deadlines.
* Conduct matters inaccordance with the firms policies andprocedures.
* Responsible forselfdevelopment and compliance with firm and regulatory trainingrequirements.
* PC literate with goodIT skills.
