About The Role
WPS are looking for a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our growing team in Manchester. This is a mobile position working across our growing portfolio delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance services while providing excellent customer care. You'll be a key part of our front‑line delivery, representing WPS on site and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works within your trade and multi‑skilled capability
* Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
* Complete work to agreed SLAs and customer satisfaction standards
* Ensure all works comply with Health & Safety regulations
* Accurately complete job reports using handheld systems
* Build positive relationships with tenants, clients, and colleagues
What We're Looking For
* A recognised qualification in a relevant trade (e.g. plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or building maintenance)
* Proven experience in a mobile maintenance or repairs role
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* 18th edition or NVQ
