Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Staffordshire ST14 – £38,800 Location: Staffordshire ST14 Salary: up to £38,800 per annum Shifts: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 About the Role We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Staffordshire ST14. You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems within a modern commercial environment. Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems and building services equipment. • Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime. • Fault-finding and remedial repairs on pumps, motors, HVAC systems, pipework, and associated plant equipment. • Work alongside electrical and building services teams as part of a multi-skilled maintenance operation. • Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
