Due to our continued growth, B.P.McKeefry wishes to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a highly successful existing Finance Team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail and will receive full in‑house training for the role. This role is permanent and will be based at our office in Swatragh and can commence immediately.

About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Processing of Accounts Receivable – processing of sales invoices, credit notes, receipts and issuing month‑end statements.
* Processing credit applications for new customers.
* Assist in the preparation of key weekly and monthly Management Information / Reports.
* Assist in preparation of statutory reports and business surveys.
* Monitoring mailbox: ensure emails are monitored and appropriately actioned.
* General administrative duties in the office.
* Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
The Ideal Person
* GCSE Maths (Grade B or above) and GCSE English (Grade B or above) and at least three other GCSEs at Grades A*‑C.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Team player with a ‘roll‑up‑your‑sleeves’ attitude.
* Capacity to work independently with limited supervision.
* Proficient with MS Office suite.
* Excellent organisational skills.
