About the Role
We have a dedicated and well‑trained team providing an excellent standard of person‑centred care for our residents. As a Care Assistant you will:
* Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
* Help promote the mental and physical wellbeing of residents through talking, taking them out, engaging them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
* Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
* Ensure residents’ physical environment meets their needs.
* Meet personal care needs of residents with dignity, promoting independence.
Prior experience is desirable but not needed; we provide all necessary training.
