This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work with a diverse client base, including high‑growth businesses, owner‑managed companies, public sector organisations, and national employers.
Role
* Employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract matters
* Day‑to‑day advisory work on disciplinary, grievance, absence management and workplace procedure
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements and service agreements
