We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Keighley Bus Station. In this key frontline role, you will be responsible for helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment at one of our region's busiest public transport hubs. You will work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Customer Support Assistant duties include general cleaning, housekeeping, and supporting the dayto-day operations of the station. You will also play an important role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for both passengers and staff. This is a part-time position worked on a shift basis, with weekend availability required. Whilst experience in a similar role is beneficial, full training will be provided
