Sales & Tenant Liaison Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join North Lanarkshire Properties LLP, which owns a large and varied portfolio of 970 commercial properties across North Lanarkshire, producing a rent roll of approximately £6 million per annum.
Based in Dalziel Building, Motherwell, you will assist in the provision of a sales and tenant support service and be responsible for securing new leases and maintaining existing businesses within our portfolio. You will work closely with our surveying and technical team undertaking viewings to generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities as well as providing a tenant liaison service, expediting the resolution of tenant issues to maximise satisfaction.
You will have a commercial focus and you will contribute to North Lanarkshire Properties LLP’s marketing strategy. That includes, assisting the overall marketing of the company’s properties by updating the website and other third-party websites, producing photographic schedules and developing marketing materials.
You will require moderate experience working in a sales or customer service environment and be computer literate with good keyboard skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and data processing experience. With a flexible approach to your work, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative and be able to work well under pressure, prioritising your workload and working to deadlines.
Experience updating websites, writing adverts or marketing particulars and experience in a property/estate agency background would be advantageous.
Your base location will be within Dalziel Building, Motherwell but this role offers the option of hybrid working in line with the requirement of the service. You will require to travel throughout the North Lanarkshire area to undertake the duties of this post.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
