What will you be doing
1. Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner
2. Handling enquiries about properties from potential customers
3. Desktop valuing properties
4. Producing reports, brochures, promotional information, and other marketing material
5. Negotiation on letting/sales properties
6. Seek new rental/sale business and manage the process
7. Managing landlord/vendor relationships throughout the marketing and rental/sale process
8. Attend networking events to promote the business and acquire new properties
9. Achieve and exceed set targets
What you need
10. The ability to work independently and self-motivated
11. Confident with strong presentation skills
12. Estate agency experience of at least 1 – 2 years doing valuations
13. A strong track record of business development
14. A full clean UK Driving Licence
15. Target driven
16. Strong research and strategic analysis skills
17. Eye for detail
18. Ability to work with own initiative and hit the ground running
19. Organised, methodical with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple leads to maintain a steady pipeline of new business
20. The willingness to go an extra mile

22. Highly organised and able to set your own diary
