We'd love for you to join our dedicated local care team as a domiciliary care assistant. We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide essential support to our clients in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and vulnerable in our community.

We are a reputable domiciliary care company with a 'GOOD' CQC rating. We cover Chelmsford, Billericay, Ingatestone, Brentwood, and surrounding areas. All carers are expected to cover all locations. You will also be paid for travel time and mileage.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Support individuals in maintaining their independence and dignity while providing companionship.
* Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring all requirements are met effectively.
* Communicate clearly with clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress as per care plans.
* Drive to clients’ homes as required, ensuring timely arrivals for scheduled visits.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
Skills
* Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Previous experience in home care is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and communication is beneficial.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
* A valid UK driving license is required for the role to travel between locations.
* A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.

Weekly Schedule
* Mornings: 07:00 - 16:00
* Evenings: 16:00 - 23:00
* Alternate weekends work (essential)
