Hunter Dunning is working with a multidisciplinary Architecture practice to recruit a Senior Architect in Newport. This role focuses on leading residential developments across planning, design and construction stages within a collaborative team environment.
Your Experience
* ARB registered Architect with 8+ years professional experience
* Strong experience delivering large scale residential projects
* Experience across all RIBA stages including site delivery
* Experience working with regional or national housebuilders
* Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and housing space standards
* Experience leading consultant teams and client engagement
What You’ll Get
* £45,000 – £52,000 salary
