KONE is seeking a Repair Manager for their Heathrow Team.
Shift: Night shift, 40 hours, Monday - Thursday, 20:00 - 06:30
As our Repair Supervisor, you will successfully lead the Repair Business operations at night. Your mission is to promote a positive culture focused on safety and quality to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable results. This role supports our Heathrow Team and involves night shifts.
* Maintain site safety and integrity.
* Review engineers' work to ensure customer quality expectations are met.
* Lead the logistics of nightly repairs.
* Review planned works with engineers before starting.
* Ensure completion sheets are accurate and completed.
* Conduct asset surveys to drive business growth.
* Manage passes and permits for night works.
* Driving License (DL) is required.
