THE ROLE

We are looking for a data driven, commercially minded Performance Media Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in delivering performance marketing campaigns that scale customer acquisition while maintaining CAC goals.


WHAT YOULL BE DOING

* Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, Google etc)
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
* Assist in budget pacing and allocation to maximise performance
* Work closely with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad assets
* Build and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly)
* Keep up to date with platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
* Assist with in-house content creation including, planning, filming, coordination, and on-set support


WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

* 1–3 years experience in performance marketing or paid media (agency or in-house)
* Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
* Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions
* Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas)
* Understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
* Keen interest in Ad creative concepts and strategy
* Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging platforms (desirable)
* Familiarity with attribution tools
* Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
* Experience working in eCommerce or on DTC wellness brands (desirable)
