The Opportunity/Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for being a brand champion and positively contribute towards growing market share and your brands health in line with the companies strategic ambitions and plans. You will do so by planning, recommending and implementing brand strategies and communication campaigns successfully and by analysing and reporting our the results, KPI’s and ROI across the team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Passionately and positively defend, protect, and grow those brands both internally and externally with our customers and the market.
2. Implement strategic brand and communication plans in collaboration with key stakeholders building market awareness, pull and delivering measurable marketing goals.
3. Drive knowledge and learning of our brands through CPDs, e-learning, training and thought leadership – to help ensure our brands are front of mind for specification.
4. Be the company expert in your customer personas and user journeys for each of your brands.
5. Working closely with Product owners and technical colleagues, ensure CCPI compliance and best practices are implemented and followed across all assets, as the expert and go-to within the business for these brands.
6. Produce collateral in line with brand guidelines and ensure the Brand Book and Design Guidance are always accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
7. CIM level 4 Certificate in Professional Marketing
8. Minimum 5 yrs. work experience in Brand Management role or equivalent
9. Experience in managing multiple brands with demonstrable success in re-positioning, growing or recovering market sentiment.
10. Experience and understanding of Brand Health and able to translate insight from Csat, NPS and VOC into actionable brand strategy
11. Experienced working with agencies and a lead marketing agency
12. Ability to manage and run a marketing budget
13. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Teams, Word, PPT, Excel and Dynamics
14. Good working knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
15. Excellent knowledge of social media management platforms
