Private Client Solicitor
Location: Horsham (with a degree of hybrid working)
Are you a motivated and skilled Private Client Solicitor looking to join a dynamic and successful legal team? The role offers the chance to work in an innovative, technology-driven, and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate and estate planning
* Communicating effectively and courteously with clients, colleagues and external professionals
* Providing accurate quotes and fee estimates to clients
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements
* Preparing accurate client invoices and maintaining accounting ledgers in line with SRA Accounts Rules
* Utilising and maintaining the firm's case management system
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients and referrers
* Promoting the firm's services on social and professional media platforms
* Engaging in continuous professional development and required training
