LCV/Van / Mobile Van Technician Technician Required in Wednesbury
1. Basic Salary up to£45,000 (dependent on experience)
2. OTE: Competitive earning potential available
3. Hours: Full-time (Flexible working hours)
4. Option work as a Mobile Van/LCV Technician.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Van Technician (LCV) to join a busy and growing Fleet department at a brand-new Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) facility.
This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality maintenance across a varied fleet.

Key Responsibilities as a LCV/Van Technician:
5. Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on LCV vehicles
6. Perform minor and major mechanical repairs
7. Complete vehicle health checks and road tests
8. Conduct mechanical, electrical and engine repair work as required
9. Use diagnostic equipment to accurately identify faults
10. Carry out thorough vehicle inspections and recommend appropriate solutions
11. Assist with wiring and maintenance
12. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
13. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient turnaround of vehicles
14. Communicate repair findings clearly with relevant teams
About the LCV/Van Technician:
15. Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (minimum)
16. Strong car service and repair background
17. Experience with wiring and camera systems
18. Full UK driving licence
19. Excellent technical knowledge across vehicle systems
20. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
21. A proactive, team-focused approach
