Assistant Manager Role:
Act as the on-floor-manager, ensuring smooth nightly operations and exceptional guest service
Supervise, schedule, motivate and support all front-of-house staff (bartenders, servers, security)
Uphold safety standards and lead conflict resolution, crowd control and emergency protocols
Enforce club policies and work to maintain the venue's energy, brand and inventory control
Manage operational logistics, including nightly financial reporting and inventory control.
About You:
Hands on dynamic leader with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume bar or nightclub
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are solutions-oriented
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and authority
Passion for nightlife, music, high-energy environments and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
