Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, ensuring customers are consistently informed throughout the process. Provide assistant to clients, contractors and visitors ensuring all site procedures and polices are adhered too. To liaise closely with statutory authorities, dealing with incidents and providing information to support. Continuous monitoring of site radio systems adhering to the correct procedures. Maintaining site records such as reference materials, incident forms and site occurrence book. To develop excellent working relationships with our on site client. What You Will Bring: Level 3 Team Leader qualification or equivalent. Security First Line Manager Apprenticeship or similar formal management training. Experience working within or alongside a facilities management organisation. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practices relevant to security operations. Experience in delivering training or coaching to team members.
