Shift Pattern:
* Panama Shifts - Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
* Deliverhands-on engineering supportto keep production running smoothly
* Perform bothreactive and planned maintenance
* Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
* Work closely with production to meet performance goals
* Followsafety and repair best practicesat all times
* Contribute tocontinuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
* Be part of acollaborative, supportive engineering teamwith a strong culture of teamwork
What We're Looking For:
* Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred)
* Strong electrical skillset
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Apositive, proactive mindsetand ateam player
* Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering department
