Working Hour
* Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
* Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
* Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirement
* Minimum GCE “N” Level
* Good communication and inter-personal skills
* Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to multi-task and handle a range of admin duties
* Relevant work experience in general administration and customer service preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school environment
Key Roles
* Handle counter duty, attend to telephone enquiries, parents', students' and public enquiries;
* Take and submit report on students’ and staff attendance daily;
* Support the efficient and effective running of the General Office;
* Receive goods, arranging for storage and informing relevant parties that goods have arrived;
* General administration-related duties eg, collation of data, filing of documents, printing, data entry, etc
* Provide basic support to administer first aid to students
* Any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders
