* Senior Surveyor – Property Management
* Location: Central London
* Portfolio: Mixed-use (primarily multi-let offices, with some retail & industrial)
* Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus
Madison Berkeley is exclusively partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join their London Property Management team, working with an institutional client.
This strategic, client-facing role involves managing a mixed-use portfolio (primarily multi-let offices and industrial assets) across London and the South East, working directly with one of the client's longest-standing institutional clients, playing a key role in portfolio oversight and fund consolidation strategy.
The position offers exposure to one of Europe’s largest real estate investment managers and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.
You’ll report to a Director and work within the Central London team, delivering best-in-class service, reporting, and strategic input for a high-value institutional portfolio.
Role Overview
* Manage day-to-day operations across a varied commercial portfolio
* Deliver service charge budgets, lease management, and tenant liaison
* Coordinate with FM teams and support capex and mobilisation projects
* Maintain accurate lease data and manage key lease events
* Conduct regular inspections, reporting, and occupier engagement
* Attend client meetings and support ongoing fund consolidation activity
* Identify opportunities for value-add and assist with ESG initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in commercial property management
* Technically confident with leases, service charges, and compliance
* Effective communicator with good commercial awareness
* Comfortable managing a portfolio and client relationships independently
* Looking to step into a senior-level role with progression opportunities
