The Role
You will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including:
* Drafting wills, wealth protection strategies, and inheritance tax planning.
* Administering complex and high‑value estates.
* Advising on trusts, inheritance matters, and elderly client services.
* Handling a mixed portfolio of client matters independently, delivering exceptional legal advice while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Providing support on more complex matters requiring additional expertise or capacity across the firm’s network of offices.
About You
* UK‑qualified Solicitor with 2+PQE in Private Client (or relevant experience).
* Capable of delivering high‑quality, proactive legal advice under appropriate supervision.
* Skilled in file management, drafting documentation, reviewing titles, and preparing client reports.
* A strong communicator with a client‑focused approach and keen attention to detail.
