Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Creating and implementing the sales strategy for the specific country, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives. This involves market research, identifying target segments, and setting sales targets.
*

Team Leadership and Management: Overseeing the sales team within the country, including recruitment, training, and performance management. This also includes motivating and coaching the team to ensure they meet sales targets.
*

Market Expansion: Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the company's presence within the country. This could involve entering new geographic regions or targeting new customer segments.
*

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
*

Revenue and Profit Growth: Ensuring that sales targets are met and that the company achieves its revenue and profitability goals within the country.
*

Budget Management: Managing the sales budget within the country, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the set targets.




The Successful Applicant

Proven Sales Experience: Strong track record in driving sales growth, preferably in the Vietnamese market or Southeast Asia, with experience in managing a sales team.

Vietnam Market Expertise: Deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and business practices in Vietnam. Ability to navigate cultural nuances and competition effectively.
*

Leadership Skills: Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching a sales team to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
*

Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in both English to collaborate with international teams and engage with global stakeholders.
*

Customer-Focused: Ability to build lasting relationships with local customers, partners, and key stakeholders, prioritizing their needs.
*

Analytical & Results-Driven: Ability to use data and analytics to track sales performance, optimize strategies, and meet targets.
*

Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable adjusting strategies to local conditions and overcoming challenges in a fast-paced market.
