Assistant Project Manager - Acquisitions & Disposals
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 | Location: Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury Business Park
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week | Annual Leave: 28 days (rising to 33 days)

You'll work with a passionate team, supporting the delivery of new homes, home ownership schemes, and commercial asset management.
What you'll do:
* Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, and Right to Buy buybacks
* Collaborate with legal, estates, and development teams
* Advise on property options and manage leasing arrangements
* Ensure smooth transfer of new homes and efficient onboarding of new sites
* Maintain accurate property records and produce performance reports
