What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the classroom teacher with delivering lessons and classroom activities. Working with individual students or small groups to provide additional support. Encouraging children to engage in learning and helping them build confidence in the classroom. Assisting with behaviour management and promoting a positive, inclusive environment. Supporting children with their social and emotional development, as well as academic progress. Monitoring and reporting on student progress, ensuring the right support is in place. What We Need From You: Previous experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting is essential. A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential. Patience, empathy, and the ability to keep students engaged and motivated. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and students.
