Day-to-day you will
* Source and profile candidates for specialist roles
* Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
* Build relationships with clients and support them with their recruitment needs
* Negotiate fees and manage the offer process (full training given)
* Work towards achievable targets with strong team support
What you’ll bring
* Previous office-based sales or target-driven experience
* Confident and professional phone manner (this is a phone-based role)
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* A proactive, results-focused approach
