Winfield Hospital - Gloucester
12 month Fixed Term Contract
30 hours per week
Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and currently has 39 beds including thirty four single rooms all with en-suite facilities.
The role
We have a great new opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused Private Patient Administrator to join our team at Winfield Hospital, based in Gloucester. As a Private Patient Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the private patient pathway within the hospital to ensure that all private patients receive the service they expect.
You are required to deliver a high standard of support to customers, be a motivating and approachable point of contact for the employees involved in the private patient journey to ensure operational excellence. Superb communication skills at all levels and computer and keyboard competencies are essential.
You will ideally have proven experience of working in an administration setting, and have the ability to organise and prioritise yours and other’s workloads. Healthcare experience will be a real advantage.

7. Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
