You’ll work closely with theSales Director, Area Managers, and the Marketing Teamto uncover new leads, generate strategic insights, and drive business growth into untapped market areas. If you have a strong telesales background and thrive on building relationships, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
* Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and telesales.
* Gather valuable insights from prospects and existing customers to inform strategy.
* Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support pipeline development.
* Leverage market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system.
* Create reports to track activity, conversion rates, and sales performance.
* Collaborate across teams and share key updates on lead progress.
What we’re looking for:
* Background in telesales, lead generation, or similar business development roles.
* Background in the automotive sector would be desirable
* Driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with prospects.
* CRM experience (data entry + report generation).
* Detail-oriented with a knack for staying organised.
