Salary: Up to £65,000
Experience Required: Solicitor / Legal Executive (CILEx) / Licensed Conveyancer (2-5 Years PQE)
Working Pattern: Full-time - office-based/ Hybrid
Overview
TSR Legal are delighted to be working with an award-winning, high street law firm based in Clifton Village, Bristol, now expanding their Residential Property Team due to continued growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a firm that places high-quality service, communication, and professionalism at the centre of everything they do. The team handle a broad mix of transactions - from first-time buyer purchases to high-value deals and portfolio clients.
You will join a well-supported, forward-thinking team that blends traditional client service with efficient use of junior fee-earners and legal tech.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion
* Handle a variety of matters including:
o Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
o Unregistered land
o Remortgages
o Transfers of equity
o Right to Buy and equity release
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders in the conveyancing chain
* Ensure compliance with CQS, SRA, AML and Solicitors' Accounts Rules
* Supervise and support junior members of the team where required
* Maintain excellent file management and client care standards
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-5 years' PQE
* Confident handling a varied conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and methodical file management
* A team player who values collaboration, high standards, and service delivery
* Proficient in using case management systems and conveyancing technology
