Commercial Property Solicitor – Coventry | Full-time, Permanent
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its friendly and growing commercial department. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, while playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service.

The Role
* Managing a full caseload of commercial property transactions
* Advising clients in person, by phone and in writing
* Handling matters from instruction to completion and post-completion
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives
About You
* Strong understanding of commercial/property law and practice
* Knowledge of CQS
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Able to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
