What you'll be doing...
As a Lounge Host, you will be the welcoming face of our premium lounge service, ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality, relaxed experience. From delivering exceptional customer service to maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you'll help create a memorable atmosphere for all visitors.
Greet guests in a professional, warm, and friendly manner
Provide excellent customer service, attending to guests' needs efficiently and politely
Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages
Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times
Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate when necessary
Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 | 1.00pm - 7.00pm | 27.5 Hours Per Week
