Day-to-day of the role: Lead the support, enhancement, development, and implementation of assigned applications, providing expert technical advice. Actively support our Digital Transformation programme and projects. Collaborate closely with all ICT teams to continuously support and improve applications through proactive planned activities and reactive requests. Design and implement IT solutions to enhance system performance and security. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related 2nd and 3rd line issues. Work with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements. Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry. Required Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform including Administration, Configuration Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), productivity apps. Proven experience supporting cloud and on-premise applications for 2nd and 3rd line support. Skilled in developing solutions on the Microsoft 365 Power Platform. Proficient in supporting SQL server and writing SQL queries. Experienced in working with data and integrating systems. Capable of working on and technically leading projects.
