This is a hybrid position, working full-time, Mon - Fri combining a minimum of 3 days in the office in Bedfordshire and 2 working from home if preferred.
Role and Responsibilities
* Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
* Integration of Experiential Campaigns with Social Media & ATL
* Joint responsibility & execution of Brand Partnerships at Festival, Motorsport Events and Retail Takeovers.
* Management & delivery of Incentive Trips, Roadshows & Test Drive Campaigns.
* Assist with the creation of bespoke event templates for national to retail/dealer integration.
* Assist with communication of all organisational event assets to all suppliers & promotional event staff.
* Assist on all aspects of the event management process from conception through to execution and client reporting.
* Managing supplier relationships. Achieve cost efficiencies / profitability through supplier negotiation and management.
* Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
* Providing leadership, motivation, direction, support and guidance to more junior team members.
* Ability to coordinate the design, production and where relevant, installation of complex projects and stand builds.
Skills & Experience
* A confident communicator (both verbal and written), capable of building strong, supportive relationships both internally and externally.
* Ability to work to brief and manage budgets effectively.
* A versatile, organised and flexible working nature with excellent multi-tasking skills.
* Attention to detail and work to a high standard. Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
* High awareness of Health and Safety procedures and best practice.
* Ideally IOSH qualified.
* Able to write own risk assessments and health & safety documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Resourceful, self-starting and excellent use of initiative.
* Passionate and dedicated.
* Excels in working in a fast pace, high pressure environment.
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Event Management role.
* Ability to frequently commute to the office location - Bedfordshire, MK45 2ND.
* Flexible approach to travel and working on live national events when required.
