EverSage is a Surrey-based property marketing service helping clients elevate listings with professional photography, short video reels and tours, virtual staging, and floor plans. We serve Guildford, Surrey, and surrounding counties, working with builders, developers, estate agents, landlords, HMO and holiday-let managers. The role
We're looking for a junior, self-employed photographer with a keen eye, reliable kit, and a love for interiors and architecture. You'll capture residential properties, property development projects (and the occasional small commercial space), edit images to a consistent standard, and deliver on time. Our photography service promises high-resolution, professionally edited images with fast turnaround (24 hours), and we often pair photos with a short social-ready reel.

Junior freelance rate, paid per assignment (discussed at interview)
What you'll do
* Photograph interiors and exteriors to a consistent, professional standard (straight verticals, balanced exposures, thoughtful compositions).
* Perform fast, clean edits in Lightroom Classic, with light Photoshop touch-ups where needed.
* Where appropriate, capture a short, simple video reel of the property for socials (we'll show you our style).
* Follow shoot briefs and property preparation guidance, communicate clearly with clients, and uphold EverSage's service values.
* Manage files and deliver assets through our agreed workflow, meeting agreed turnaround times.
What you'll need (equipment)
You must already own suitable camera gear. Any of the following options are acceptable:
More affordable options (APS-C):
* Canon 800D or 850D with 18–55mm lens,
or
* Canon 10–18mm lens (paired with a compatible Canon APS-C body)
Full-frame options (preferred but not essential):
* Canon 6D Mark II with 24–70mm lens,
or
* Canon 16–35mm f/4 lens (paired with a compatible Canon full-frame body)
Accessories/software:
* Hot shoe 2-axis spirit level
* Ample SD cards
* Sturdy tripod and spare batteries
* Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop (photography use)
* Enfuse software for bracketed images
* Floorplan software
What you'll bring (skills and attributes)
* A strong visual eye for interiors, symmetry, lines, light, and detail.
* Basic to intermediate editing skill in Lightroom Classic, confidence with simple Photoshop fixes.
* Good communication, punctuality, and a calm, respectful on-site manner.
* Reliability, ownership of your schedule, and pride in consistent results.
* Own transport is ideal (not essential) for getting to shoots across SW London and Surrey.
Nice to have (not required)
* Experience shooting short vertical video clips/reels on camera or phone.
* Familiarity with property marketing, estate agency workflows, or floor plans.
