We are looking for a Sales Admin Receptionist to join our team at Aberconwy Resort and Spa in Conwy, North Wales. Rate of pay £12.71.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Sales Admin Receptionist will

• Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.

• Meet and greet all guests, with the provision of refreshments when required.

• Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously

• Accurate cash handling.

• Ensure all resort information is up to date and relevant.

• Provide admin support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.

Required Criteria

* Right to Live and work in the UK
* Excellent customer service and strong communication


Desired Criteria

* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort
* Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred
