What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with existing clients.
* Driving growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Acting as a go‑to advisor, shaping tailored solutions that deliver real value.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to hit and exceed targets.
* Partnering with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure seamless service.
* Tracking performance and providing insights to keep momentum strong.
Main Skills Needed:
* 4–6 years of experience in account management, ideally in an MSP or IT services environment.
* Strong background in full lifecycle client management.
* Proven ability to generate, pursue, and close new business leads within existing accounts.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
* Commercially sharp with solid sales knowledge and a results‑driven mindset.
* Collaborative and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
* Tech‑savvy, with knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
