At IC Resources, we specialise in deep tech recruitment – and we’re growing fast. Right now, we’re looking for a number of driven Recruitment Consultants to join our team, you'll be working across one of our exciting, high-potential desks.
You’ll be helping cutting-edge companies find the talent they need to scale – from stealth-mode startups to some of the most advanced tech teams in the world. No two roles or clients are the same, and you’ll be right at the heart of it all.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and nurturing a network of highly skilled tech professionals
* Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, technical market
* Developing client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities
* Becoming a trusted partner to some of the most innovative names in tech
What we’re looking for:
* Proven sales or recruitment experience (tech market knowledge is a bonus)
* A proactive, commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills
* Curiosity and interest in the deep tech world – from AI to semiconductors
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment
