Key responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Support students in their learning, both in and outside the classroom.
* Develop and assess coursework and exams.
* Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
* Encourage students to reach their full potential.
Key Skills and qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in the Mathematics field.
* Experience working within education.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of students.
* GCSE or equivalent at grade C (Pass) or above.
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' academic and emotional development.
