Digital Marketing Assistant
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early‑career marketer to join the Digital Marketing team at Connells Group, one of the UK’s leading property services providers.
This role is ideal if you’re looking to start or build your career in digital marketing, gain hands‑on experience with major property platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, and work closely with experienced specialists in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping the business get the most value from the property portals and digital platforms we use across the Group.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Online Marketing and teams across the business to support portal activity, website performance, and day‑to‑day digital operations.
This is a full‑time, hybrid role, based at our Milton Keynes HQ 3 days per week, with occasional travel to our London office (travel to London offices reimbursed).
You’ll help manage and support our presence across key websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket by:
1. Monitoring how portals are used across the business and supporting teams to maximise engagement and value.
2. Working with external account managers to explore improvements and opportunities.
3. Maintaining reports on portal usage, performance and adoption.
4. Assisting with updating property listings, assets and information.
5. Supporting A/B testing of listings and helping review performance.
6. Keeping an eye on competitor activity, industry trends and best practice.
7. Organising and maintaining portal assets in line with brand guidelines.

You’ll also gain exposure to broader digital marketing activity, including:
8. Helping monitor and improve Google indexation and visibility.
9. Supporting local listings and online reputation tools (such as Yext or similar).
10. Creating and maintaining simple training guides and support materials for internal users.
11. Providing general administrative and operational support to keep digital activity running smoothly.
We want to hear from you if you have:
12. A degree or apprenticeship in data, marketing, business, digital, or a related subject.
13. Some experience through internships, placements, part‑time roles or university projects involving administration, customer support or digital tools.
14. Strong organisation skills and great attention to detail.
15. Confidence communicating with a range of teams and stakeholders.
16. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
17. An interest in digital platforms, websites, CMS systems or online dashboards (experience is a bonus, not essential).
18. A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn.
19. An ability to work with data, pulling reports and identifying simple insights from performance metrics.
