We are currently supporting a number of leading private equity clients who require short-term IR Coordinator cover.
Please note we are not looking for an analyst / associate level candidate. This is for someone with proven coordination / Team Assistant experience in a relevant field.
These roles offer fantastic exposure within top-tier investment firms and are ideal for candidates with prior experience in Investor Relations within investment banking or asset management who can hit the ground running.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating investor communications and supporting fundraising processes
* Managing CRM systems (DealCloud experience highly desirable)
* Handling logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events
* Scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
* Maintaining accurate investor records and reporting
* Supporting the preparation of presentations, materials, and ad-hoc requests
About You
* Previous Investor Relations experience within an investment firm (Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking)
* Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience with CRM platforms (DealCloud preferred)
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
* A strong team player with a professional and polished approach
