Pay:
7. From £16.00 per hour

Main Duties of Bakery Operative:
9. Measuring and combining ingredients using scales, mixers and ovens and other equipment to make baked goods such as sponges.
10. Checking ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and highest quality standards.
11. Completing relevant production records as required.
12. Loading and unloading products by maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
13. Following instructions issued by Bakery Supervisor / Bakery Team Leader.Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety and Health and Safety standards of the company.
14. Any other duties, commensurate with the post.
Skills:
15. Basic English and Math’s are required.
16. Ability to read and follow recipes.
17. Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills.
18. Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections of ingredients and products.
19. Good organizational skills.
