These roles focus on planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs andpliance across life‑safety systems within residential andmercial environments. Each day offers a new setting, and engineers are trusted to represent the business professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.There are three positions available: • Two roles based in North London • One role based in South‑East London (Lewisham)These vacancies offer strong long‑term stability, excellent earning potential and clear opportunities for progression.Key Responsibilities
1. Service, maintain, fault‑find andmission systems including: Fire alarms, automatic opening vents (AOVs), CCTV, access control, warden call systems and fire extinguishers
2. Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
3. Maintain and report on emergency lighting and associated equipment
4. Conduct regular van stock checks and liaise with technical and procurement teams
5. Maintain a strong Health & Safety mindset, reporting risks promptly
6. Aim for first‑time fixes wherever possible
Ideal Candidate Profile
7. Previous experience working with analogue addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
8. FIA (or equivalent) training to BS5839‑1 Fundamentals
9. Understanding of BS5839 (Part 1 and Part 6)
10. Good IT literacy
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Flexible approach to working hours (minimum 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri) with the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through overtime, weekend work and participation in an out‑of‑hours rota
