About the Role We are seeking a hands- on Manager or Management Couple to oversee day- to- day operations, lead a small dedicated team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in this highly regarded boutique property.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing daily operations: guest relations, reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast service
Leading, motivating, and supporting a small team
Creating rotas, overseeing training, and managing team performance
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
Monitoring occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance
Driving initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Liaising with the wider leadership team and supporting group marketing and operational activities
This is a hands- on role, with regular guest interaction and active involvement in daily operations.
