In this role, as a Commercial & Service Executive, your role will be to influence and support Commercial & Operational decisions by bringing data analysis and insight to proactively support the business. This role will include: Supporting the Service & Account Managers in the day to day management of the customer accounts and delivery of sustained profitable growth Interpreting & analysing sales & service data to ensure business information is aligned (e.g. sales forecast) Continuously review business practices to make recommendations for changes which will enhance cost and operational efficiencies Managing new store & product launch programmes Creating, monitoring & driving improvement of internal & external service KPI reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly & annual basis Liaising with third parties to drive service improvement Supporting the implementation & continued improvement of Greencore's internal service strategy Liaising and collaborating with key internal & external stakeholders Offering exemplary customer service & acting as the point of escalation of service issues Developing knowledge of internal & external systems & supporting areas of master data We are looking for you to have a passion for sales, supply chain & logistics.
