Job Title: Customer Relations and Admin Support Officer
Hours: 9:00 am – 5.00 pm (5 days over 6 on a flexible rota basis)
Salary: £24,100 per annum plus company bonus (circa £30,000 pa)
Location: Head Office at Stapeley, Nantwich Cheshire CW5 7JW
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Relations & Admin Support Officer to join our friendly Engineer Support Team at Ableworld's Head Office in Nantwich.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need help with the care and maintenance of their products. You will also support our engineers and store teams to make sure repairs and servicing run smoothly, helping our customers stay independent and confident with the products they rely on.
You will be joining a supportive, close knit team that will give you all the training you need (no specialist knowledge required, just bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn).
What you'll be doing
* Talking to customers, engineers and store teams by phone and email
* Helping customers troubleshoot basic issues before arranging a visit
* Organising engineers' diaries and keeping everything running to plan
* Ordering spare parts and keeping customers up to date on progress
* Logging updates on our easy-to-use computer systems
* Supporting our Reception, answering calls and taking deliveries
* Coordinating with other departments to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
What we are looking for
You don't need a background in engineering or mobility products, we teach you need know. We are interested in people who are:
* Great communicators (written and spoken)
* Good listeners who really understand customer needs
* Calm, organised and able to juggle a few things at once
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Detail-focused with a problem solving mindset
