Job Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated registered nurse to join NHS Lothian’s Clinical Education & Training Team to support the education and training of the Health & Social Care Support worker and nursing workforce in Care Homes across Lothian.
Key Responsibilities
Support the education and training of health and social care support workers and nursing staff in care homes.
Essential Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with experience in an education/training role or having participated in education programmes and proven teaching and leadership ability in practice.
* A background in adult, mental health or care home nursing with evidence of clinical skills experience.
Additional Qualifications & Requirements
* Post holder must have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult) an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before commencement.
* Legal requirement to demonstrate relevant permission to work in the United Kingdom, granted by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
