Sales Administrator
Salary: £25,708.80 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00
Location: Kiln Way, Swadlincote, DE11 8ED

Responsibilities
* Assist Sales Advisors with day‑to‑day duties.
* Reach out to customers via phone to chase quotations and complete post‑delivery calls.
* Process orders via email and phone.
* Contact customers for missing information and assist with enquiries.
* Maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
* Assist with maintaining an efficient and smooth ordering process.
* Other duties as required.
How You Do It
* Computer literate in both Word and Outlook.
* Able to remain calm in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
* Good customer service skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Self‑motivated with initiative to contribute to the team’s success.
* Effective communication with clients & personnel at all levels in all formats.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads.
* Confidence and enthusiasm.
Previous experience in sales would be preferred, however we also consider candidates with the right attitude and skills.
