Durham County Council are looking for an enthusiastic Swim Teachers to join our team. Wolsingham Leisure Centre – 6.5 hours – Permanent post WHAT IS INVOLVED? Are you enthusiastic, passionate about swimming? Do you want to share your passion with others by helping people learn this essential fun life skill? Durham County Council teach over 4000 children to swim, we have amazing teachers that teach these children a life skill and we are looking to expand our team across the county. Swim England Level 2 or STA Level 2 Qualifications Must work towards and obtain the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches, and SEQ Level 1 & 2 within 6 months of employment Most of all, you need to be passionate about helping people learn this vital and fun life skill.
